Ryan Files is an associate attorney at Gattuso & Ciotoli, PLLC. Mr. Files graduated cum laude from Nazareth College with a bachelor’s degree in 2012 and graduated cum laude from Syracuse University College of Law in 2015.
Mr. Files worked an attorney at the law firm of O’Hara, O’Connell & Ciotoli before joining Gattuso & Ciotoli, PLLC in 2018. Prior to that, his professional legal experience included clerking for Federal Senior U.S. District Judge Fredrick Scullin Jr. in the Northern District of New York, and interning for the General Counsel office at SRC. Inc., based in North Syracuse, NY.
Mr. Files concentrates his practice in the areas of labor and employment law, education law, municipal law, real estate transactions, and estate planning. He has successfully served as legal counsel for individuals in both the public and private sectors, as well as school districts and multiple municipal and educational corporations in New York State. In addition, Mr. Files has represented petitioners in tax certiorari proceedings.
Mr. Files is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of New York and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
